Flaphone in ChromeOS. First VoIP client is already in place.
Friday, November 20th, 2009Hello. As you maybe now Google released first ChromeOS version yesterday. We have tested it and found that Flash Player 10.0.32.18 has been built-in. And yes, that means that Flaphone works in ChromeOS, so we already have VoIP client available for new OS! I remind you that you can use Flaphone to make VoIP calls to PSTN/Mobiles using any SIP provider you want, make calls to Skype or SIP, callme widgets will also work in ChromeOS. Great news!

As we got flash-based service we were wondering if there was flash available in Chrome. And it’s available, looks like Chrome uses standart plugin used by Firefox, Opera and others. Another big benefit is SPEED. Chrome is very fast. No, really, I thought that Opera is fast, but Chrome is faster
