With Flash Player 10 (FileReference and ByteArray) it’s now possible to implement file transfer between users. Now it can work while sending data via server in RTMP protocol, but in future it will be possible to send data in P2P way using new RTMFP protocol. NetStream send is used to pass ByteArray data to all stream subscribers.
